March 18, 2022 - Eðalklúbbur, vínsmakk #3 vor 2022 (Marbakkabraut 12): Við byrjuðum á þessu víni á undan hefðbundnu smakki.

Frekar ljóst. Mikil sæta í ilmi. Og svo dísætt þegar smakkað á því. Minnir á púrtvín. Þokkalegasta sætvín.

September 19, 2021 - Typical of the Bertrand line, it is inexpensive and substandard. Not even worth the $12 it cost. Washed out Banyuls. Wines like this hurt the reputation of the Appellation.

October 28, 2020 - Very fun wine. This fortified wine has Grenache as the base with pure grain alcohol for fortification. Only 16% ABV. Tastes like a cross between a still wine and a ruby port. Not as heavy as a port, so would be a nice wine to use to introduce a novice to port wines.
