March 24, 2021 - I love this wine. tonight initial nose had cherries and a nice green/savory/herbal element, and after about an hour it changed into a dead ringer for campari, but kind of bitter cherry vs orange, but really cool. palate full, fruiter than I anticipated but just a great wine to sit and drink over a couple hours as it evolves.
