December 6, 2019 - Medium lemon. Pronounced aromas of peach, red apple, grapefruit, white blossom, spice, vanilla, butter, smoke, nuts. Developing. Dry, high fresh acidity, medium alcohol but fuller body. Long finish. Citrus element more evident on the palate. Very mineral. Outstanding wine, suitable for drinking now but can be kept for further ageing. I’m really looking forward to seeing how this develops over the next few years.
