  April 22, 2022 - Underrated. Time in the cellar has treated this very well. Raspberries up front, but there is a now a unique spice that kicks in as secondary, almost tertiary flavor that is very nice. Enough acidity to age longer. Definitive A valley and not napa. Drink now/enjoy or hold.

  December 24, 2020 - From a 375ml bottle. Bought this by chance looking at the cab shelf. It was quite enjoyable on rainy and wet Christmas Eve. More interesting than I was expecting. Fruit forward. Medium to full bodied. Definitely new world and not traditional old world. 14.9% alcohol. No doubt Alexander Valley Valley produces beautiful wines.

  June 24, 2020 - Nothing terribly wrong with it but not the most exciting wine in the world. Lots of raspberry and blackberry jam, very supple and smooth tannins. Drank it out of a 375ml screwcap bottle.
