  February 15, 2020 - Belle couleur dorée.
  Nez très beurré.
  
  Chardonnay surmûri (14.5% et 6g/L de sucre) , très beurré, un peu mou, comme le sont très souvent les Chardonnay Californien, mais onctueux.
  
  Belle texture, on ne ressent pas le taux d'alcool, mais le sucre et la rondeur handicape la fraîcheur. Vraiment, ce n'est pas son fort .
  Finale tirant légèrement sur le soufre.
