June 5, 2021 - Wasn't thrilled with this bottle compared to my last. This had a more bitter finish. It wasn't xorked or tainted and was much better with goat cheese. Need to drink up. This one is losing its luster.

April 10, 2021 - Light, bright, crisp and clean. An absolutely lovely chard to enjoy on its own, as an aperitif or with pasta, fish/shell fish or poultry. Great qpr. Pear and melon dominate the palate within a background of soft mineral and citrus.
