  • Tony Ling Likes this wine: 92 points

November 15, 2018 - PNP into Kimura Cava glass (“Root” day): Medium golden to the eyes.

Great assortment of ripe citrus and orchard fruits on nose, florals and a little “woody” (not to be confused with toast/oak). Aromatic and also deep, conveying a sense of authenticity.

Good level of acidity and minerality that is well supported by flavours on palate consistent with nose. Firm in a nice way too. Quite profound and persistent on the finish indeed.

Ready to drink and performs well. 91-92 points.

1 hour upon opening: Upgrade to 92 points with more complex and rich aromas and flavours. Better integration too.

24 hours upon opening with nightly rest in fridge: Continue to perform well. Retain at 92 points.
