June 9, 2019 - After opening, a strong note of compost on the nose. Mainly stinging nettle. That fades to the background over two hours, giving way to some cassis.
I'd say it's still quite young. It tastes pleasant but somewhat closed and tannic. Good thing I have another bottle.
