April 25, 2024 - Bright mid red, slight tinge of age at the edge, nose of forest floor, a little zesty red fruit notes, rose petals. On the palate light to medium weight, balanced acidity and red fruits, cherry, pomegranate, ... still some light powdery tannins, a little hot initially, good acidity mellows with each glass... as you might expect with the age... possibly past its best but a lovely mature pinot.

December 7, 2022 - First Wednesday Wine Club (Napoli in Bocca, Haberfield): "Served Blind.
Pretty, ripe, a little cherry, plum, berry, sweet spice. Juicy, alcohol warmth tangy textured burr, fruit persists, it's a bit bolshy, red fruit , alcoholic warmth, bit oofy for me.
Pinot noir, 10 years old, I thought perhaps New Zealand but defo new world." -
