February 2, 2020 - pale lemon colour, shiny; excellent. nose: loads of herbs in the first attack - camomile, sage. some lemon, sweeter peach; some field flowers behind; medium intensity; very pleasant. taste: medium (+) acid; lemon, crisp apples, unripe pear; some spring water and light minerality; medium (+) finish. Excellent white from indeginous variety. Reccomendation.
