July 17, 2023 - PnP. Bright and fresh. Such good acidity and balance with the fruit. Extremely crushable.

January 28, 2023 - Not as good as my previous three tasting notes. This time it was reductive and almost stewed with very firm tannin on the finish. It still has the qualities that I love in Gevrey but it was out of balance this time. Slight volatile acidity too.

October 20, 2022 - Decant. Tons of black fruit and tanned leather on the nose. Palate is bright and fresh with lively red fruit on an acid frame. Classic '17 vintage and wide open for business.

October 14, 2022 - Really drinking nice with an hour of air. Dense red to dark red fruits, purple florals, spice shop, and some funk. Balanced structure. Should be killer 2027-2032 if you can wait
