January 8, 2021 - Strawberry, wet stone, and violet aromas. Similar flavors (sweeter strawberries), plus a little herbal element, and saddle leather. I had one of these a few years ago and was put off by high acid and tannin. This one had none of that - nicely balanced and softened. Really enjoyed it with dinner and afterwards watching Mangrove of the Small Axe series, which is great BTW.

September 6, 2020 - I drink a lot of Corbieres and this is the best I've had in years. Good vintage and a now well-established winemaking team but this blew me away. The lack of oak makes for a bracing food-friendly drinkability.

November 9, 2019 - 80/20 grenache/cinsault. Fresh and bright with terrific nebbiolo-like aromatics and the balletic poise of top cru Beaujolais. Excellent stuff.
