This is a typical Pouget - really classy Margaux elegance, with a strong, firm base of redcurrant and blackberry - not quite on a par with Giscours, for example, but far better than the awful Lascombes at three times less.

  Mooi donkerrood, nauwelijks verkleurd aan de rand. Deze heeft een zeer aristocratische neus, sigarenkistjes, zoete kersen en pruim.Heerlijk true -to-type Bordeaux. Een geweldige zoet-zuur balans. Bosvruchten. Droppige, korrelige tannines. Deze wijn heeft een mooie, intrigerende donkere kant. Perfecte balans. ontzettend lekker, nu. Wijn voor de ware Bordeauxliefhebber! Mijn score: 18/20.
