July 29, 2021 - Light hay color. Aromatic nose of lemon zest, grapefruit and fresh cut grass. Dry, crisp acidity, palate follows through. Light body. Good balance (albeit with a slight bitter finish). Short finish. A fresh crisp NZ SB but drink in one sitting, flavors fade significantly after 1st night.

Bouquet strong citrus and gooseberry, some peach, minerals, hints of petroleum, quite okay.
Palate not so good, unbalanced, unripe fruit, just average.
Finish medium with slightly bitter tone.
All in all a bit disappointing. Poor PQR. -

February 23, 2020 - Straw yellow colour. Grassy and tropical nose. Grepfruity taste with a little bitterness. Some tropical fruits, chalk. Good acidity and freshness. Medium body.
