March 19, 2023 - Minerally with medium acidity. Stone fruits, but well integrated, which is not surprising in light of the age of the wine. I suspect this was a bit past its peak, but still quite enjoyable. I’ll look for more in other vintages.

December 21, 2022 - Nose: Petrol (which I love - I was hoping it might be present given this is common in Riesling from Eden Valley). Peach, white flower, apricot, honey. Minerality as well. I would guess this was a Chassagne or a Furmint from the nose.
Palate: All of the above are present, but there is a sweetness I was not expecting. I would have realized this couldn't be a chardonnay. Tasty, but a bit cloying. -
