July 23, 2023 - Really interesting and my only bottle. Bottle in decent enough shape though clearly ageing. Good colour and cork. Nose a touch reticent which makes me think the bottle isn’t 100% correct but not obviously tainted.
Some smoke, flint and caramel on the nose. Palate is soft and inviting with no obvious oak.
Real jolts of energy and acidity around the finish -

March 19, 2022 - 瓶醒后回塞六个半小时，闻香有老酒陈年的榛子香气，淡淡植物气息，桃子和奶油蛋糕的味道，入口酸度中高，酒液特别咸，湿石头的矿物感，橡木桶影响明显，收口圆润，酒体中等，温暖核果混合着奶油、榛子和板栗味，另一方面又是Roulot标志性的青涩植物气息，两者的结合有点生硬，产生了一种发展过度的熟菠萝的味道，少年老成的感觉，后段植物的微苦过后是酒液轻微的回甜，余味植物气息和坚果。陈年特征明显，有复杂度，但香气大于口感，果味的缺失令酒缺乏一些愉悦感。

December 28, 2019 - Relativt hvit i det som er igjen av frukt fortsatt, men en del unoter. Ingen optimal flaske, men ingen direkte feil.
