November 17, 2022 - My last bottle of this exploded in the freezer, so I felt a bit sheepish opening this a few weeks later. Fortunately it was quite delicious, and in a lovely time to begin enjoying these. Has shed the shrill personality I often find in young Shaman and shows more of a fresh, natural wine personality that I adore. The wine always has the last word, but based on this showing I'm inclined to drink these over the next two to four years.

July 28, 2021 - Final bottle of three. 73% Chard, 27% Pinot Noir, disgorged September 2018. No dosage. Been a few years since I opened one of these, this bottle is probably the best of the them all. Light peach in color with a stony aromatic. Tangy strawberry, sour apple, tangerine and a brisk citrusy finish. This has a really good presence with the right amount of cut. When I bought these, they were $40 US and these were just a smashing good value. Delicious.

December 15, 2020 - Delicious acidity. Balanced wine with earthy and strawberry notes, alongside classic champagne biscuit flavor. Gorgeous color.

September 13, 2020 - Disgorged February 2019. Extra Brut. Orange golden colour, honeyed and supple ripe fruit, energetic and minerally but ripe and rounded in spite of the lack of dosage, very charming. Seems quite different from the September 2018 disgorgement tasted in July 2019.
