January 15, 2022 - Green apple and minerality. Good acidity--paired well with food, but wasn't food dependent. This sparkler would be enjoyed by people with widely varying palates--I guess that means "a crowd pleaser".

July 5, 2020 - Excellent bubbles. Light and moderately dry. A touch of green apple and minerality. Pairs really well with vermier cheese and goat cheese with dried cranberries!

March 22, 2020 - Wonderful. Elderberry, light minerality, hint of green apple. Very slightly off dry. Easily drunk with the most pleasant lingering aftertaste that invites another sip.
