June 17, 2019 - Deep lemon in the glass, a bit hazy. Floral-Bretty nose, but turns into ripe stone/yellow fruit very quickly. However, the Brett remains on the palate for the whole drinking experience. Medium acidity and finish. Easy-drinking, but nothing overly memorable.
