March 1, 2024 - (100% Carricante im Holzfass vergoren, ohne Malo) Leuchtendes Gelb. Faszinierende Nase, mineralische Noten und wilder Fenchel, reiffruchtige Aromen, exotische Früchte, Kräuter, top komplex. Im Gaumen cremig, zugänglich, packt dann zu, der Wein hat Struktur, eine Top Säure, zeigt auch im Gaumen reiffruchtige Aromen, viel Salzigkeit, fast schon algige Aromen im Finale. Das ist frisch ohne Ende, trotz warmer Ausrichtung. Hey, wer mal etwas richtig Spannendes probieren will vom Etna, go4this.
