Community Tasting Notes 3

September 27, 2023 - By the glass. Elegant, precise with great definition on the nose. Citrus and mineral notes predominate. The palate is a demanding wine, with a flint finish, very fine, extreme acidity that gives depth. Interesting.

Por copas. Elegante, precisa y con gran definición en nariz. Predominan las notas cítricas y minerales. Al paladar es un vino exigente, de un final de pedernal, muy fino, de una acidez extrema que otorga profundidad. Interesante.

July 13, 2020 - Pale to medium straw color with a reflective edge. The bouquet gives off white floral scents, green apple, and lemon zest. The palate is dry with tangy acidity that’s refreshing and focused. Flavors of raw pineapple, pear, and citrus form the core. Quite balanced and enjoyable. Finishes with salty mineral notes. Drink now until 2030.

March 18, 2019 - This had very sharp and unpleasant acidity which will not improve with time to my opinion.
Wanted to try this producer. Will not buy again.
