May 1, 2020 - Incisive, with mild saline and dusty qualities and yellow plum moreso than citrus flavor profile. Paired with Petite Truffle brie, this wine gets far more nuanced: herbaceous aromas and a savory quality shine through. Lightly minty and grapefruit zest aftertaste. Gets more of a citrus profile as it warms and opens up, but I prefer the initial notes. Fun regardless.

March 24, 2020 - A delightful wine! Pink grapefruit zest becomes increasingly prominent, but there is a mildly briny, saline element too. Secondary savory and herbal notes are in the mix, along with pink peppercorn, but all of those flavors are faint compared to the grapefruit profile. Focused but deep. Lovely.
