August 28, 2020 - Unfortunately this bottle was very oxidized, something that must have happened to it before I bought it. It had the characteristic amber color and unmistakable oxidized flavors, completely masking whatever there was originally. It was actually still drinkable with BBQ pork ribs, but certainly in no way resembled a Chablis or even a normal unoxidized white wine. I have the 2018 and am hoping it will not have the same problem.

February 13, 2020 - Tightly wrapped racy Chablis with lemon, apple, flint and superfocused yet vibrant finish with mineral notes.

December 24, 2019 - Pop and pour. This is a good quality Chablis with correct minerality, limestone, sea spray, lemon and apple. There is a touch of oak.

September 7, 2019 - Lovely clear golden color. Aromas of pear, apple, and cut grass. Apple, citrus, and minerals on the palate. Well balanced. Minerality lingers in the finish.

August 17, 2019 - This young Chablis already has a relatively mature-appearing, medium golden robe. Flaunting aromas of jasmine, honeysuckle, wet stones and citrus, it adds somewhat atypical notes of tropical fruit. Medium-bodied and seamlessly alcoholic (12.5%), it is ripe, yet quite vibrant on the palate. The flavors mirror the aromas and the middle is impressively solid. Finishing with good length, this is an enjoyable, albeit slightly unusual Chablis. Drink now-2024.
