August 14, 2019 - Pale lemon colour. Green apples, lemon, peach and minerals on the nose with hints of flint and sea salt. Taste of green apples, lemon, peach and minerals. Long and dry finish with hints of lemon and minerals. Goes well with cheeses, fish or shellfish.
