  Wine opened and decanted 1-2h before the tasting. Tasted blind.
  Unfiltered, purple color. Clean, reductive nose, some barn / brett, sherbet powder. On the palate quite fizzy, 11,5% abv, juicy, fine tannin, barely noticeable. Drinks like natural Pinot. 86-87

  August 18, 2020 - Pure and lovely cherries and strawberries bouquet. Delicious palate with amazing balance of red fruits, mineral and lovely acidity. With at least few hours of oxidation, this Bourgogne can head-to-head with many 1er from CdN or CdB. Amazing!
