April 5, 2023 - Enjoyable but not especially memorable. Very light bodied, mineral, red fruited, a bit bretty. Minimal finish.

November 11, 2021 - Popped and poured. Pale ruby color. Extremely tight and thin upon initial opening. Just some light, tart red fruits coming through. It took almost 2 hours for the wine to open up and start showing a bit more depth of crunchy red fruits, hints of sweet baking spices a just a slight earthiness. Lots of acidity in this wine. Medium tannin and body. I think this wine is very young and would probably recommend holding for another 3-5 years minimum or a lengthy decant if drinking now. Some promise here but not showing great at the moment.

November 29, 2020 - dense ruby, cloudy. natural funk blows off quickly. cranberries, cinnamon broom, clove, brown sugar, and wet leaves on the nose. light bodied with high acidity. cranberries, autumn spice, and mineral palate. after a couple of hours really bodied up and the fruit took on more of a dark berry component. nose started showing mint. medium length finish with dusty tannins. has that organic lift and energy. cool wine, evolved nicely with air.

September 11, 2020 - Day one this was all crunch. Super carbonic. Day two I got a feel for the wine. Dark fruit, medium body, some animal funk. Nice. Needs time or air.

May 14, 2020 - Day 1: opened bottle about 3 hours before pouring a glass. Nose shows some Brett. Cranberries in dry horse shit tbh. Not necessarily in a bad way. Palate is bright, fresh & juicy. Easy drinking and enjoyable.
Day 2: funkiness has mellowed a bit and the fruit aspect comes through more on the nose. Still highly enjoyable.
Day 3: similar to day 2. Bright cranberry juice with some funk is what comes to mind. Everything seems just a bit more integrated today. I’d definitely check other wines from Marc Soyard after having this.
