January 12, 2023 - Golden straw in color with a beautiful nose. Big legs and quite viscous, creamy mouthfeel. This is a big, oaky Chard. If you like that style (like my wife) you will go crazy over this wine. Long and pleasant finish with vanilla notes, very concentrated and with a lot of earthy/terroir complexity. Excellent wine and now the wife says I have to go order some more. If pairing with food, go with spicy or heavier fish or white meats. Drink the Sauvignon Blanc with light dishes—this will be too dominant for those.

October 25, 2020 - Darker straw color in the glass. A little yeasty on the nose creme brulee on the palate. Nice balance of fruit and acidity. Maybe a little over priced, but quite enjoyable.
