April 15, 2022 - An American Bordeaux blend. Poured out a deep, abysmal ruby color. Plum, black cherry, pomegranate, cedar, leather, vanilla, earth, and a hint of mint on the nose. Black fruits, pepper and baking spice on the palate. Someway muted tannins, but nice long finish. Not super complex but well balanced. Probably needs a little longer to breathe.
