July 1, 2016 - Somewhat pleasantly surprised that this one is drinking very well. There is still good fruit, acid and tannin in balance and after decanting through the Vinturi is going down an absolute treat. I don't find this over the hill or past the peak at all and considering how many years past the "recommended" date this is I am rather pleasantly surprised! A good result since I could not ship it as early as planned, which is why I'm drinking it a tad late. Very good, excellent even. Deluighted I have a number more bottles to get through.

March 12, 2016 - Halliday"time in bottle will help". Hall "too much time and it starts to get cooked". Over its peak. Got another bottle to get through unfort. WW have improved this concoction dramatically in recent years.

January 4, 2008 - Drank at my engagment BBQ in Adelaide. I'd had a few.

The nose was very tight, the cork was wet up about 2/3rds.

Still very much a nicely integrated Cab Sauv, the finish wasn't doing it for me however. Will write up proper notes when I drink the next one. Incl. Rting.

July 14, 2006 - Leafy, blackberry. Medium bodied palate. Good but not great.
