July 11, 2019 - Left this one in the basement last summer and let it age for a year. Turned out just fine. A bit more complex than last year and a delicious nose to it. Short on pallet but that’s rose I guess. no signs of an over aged wine. Have very little experience with cellaring rose wine, but have read that Bandol migth work. I’ll buy this wine again this year and try to cellar for to and three years.
Any other experiences on this wine out there?
