July 30, 2020 - Gamay aromas and a whiff of bret/manure in the beginning. Also some minerals. Later, less bret/manure and more minerals. Tart in the mouth, and as such not very pleasurable to drink without food. There is, however, an inner core of strength that makes promises for the future. Very different from most other Beaujolais wines. Old fashioned style. 87 p.

Day two: Not much development. Still tart and a bit astringent, but also firm and concentrated, with some red berries, old wood and forest floor aromas. Old fashioned and restrained style. A lot of potential here. 88 p.

December 31, 2019 - Good but was hoping for me, with those ultra old vines. Will wait at least a year before opening next bottle.
