  October 28, 2021 - Upon opening, an aroma of ripe berries and flowers fills the room. Color is a medium burgundy. Red fruit, vanilla and a hint of clove and cinnamon on the palate. This is a very nice "temperate" cabernet, not a big fruit bomb. Nicely balanced with grippy tannins. Very good now but will likely improve and soften over the next 3 years.

  September 5, 2021 - Subdued, earthy offering from Sebastiani. Some dark fruit up front. Some spice and forest floor on mid palate. This seemed a bit flat most of the evening although it eventually opened to reveal a bit more fruit. Not bad but expected a bit more.

  February 9, 2021 - Great lighter Napa Cab expression from Sebastiani. Carries a great nose of dark fruit, oak, vanilla, and spices. Not your typical over-extracted, big body cab but more balanced and expressive while still packing the Cab punch you are looking for. Juicy palate of black and red fruits while staying true to the nose with a solid 45 second finish.
  
  At this price point it's tempting not to drink up. But this one will drink well for at least another 15 years.
