February 20, 2022 - Showing a lot of sweetness at the moment. Rich honey and floral palate. For my palate it needs more acid to balance it out.

December 13, 2020 - Bruised apple, beeswax, honey and some slight hay on the nose. The medium-bodied, quite dense palate adds the same as well as some slight sweetness, making this off-dry, balanced by stony acidity. Layered but drinkable, the off-dry character working well. Drinkable now, but will probably still improve with time.

October 17, 2020 - Slightly leaner than the last bottle but still a decently chunky wine with a bit of RS. Honeyed, yellow fruits basted on stones. Effortless to drink with the Ossabaw barbecue Boston Butt, NC style of course.

July 20, 2020 - Like the last bottle, this has plumped up a bit but it is still a delicious wine. All sorts of honeyed yellow plum and melon with flowers on top and stones underneath. It's really the feel of these wines that I love.

July 19, 2020 - Rich and sweet fruit with a lovey depth and a reasonable acidity. Despite the richness it feels light on its feet and is very drinkable.
    Lovely wine!
