December 31, 2020 - Intens duft. Søt. Honning. Epler og svakt av gjærbakst. Moden frukt på smak med god konsentrasjon. Bløt og kremete. Flott syrenivå i dag, men som også taler for godt lagringspotensial. Lang kremete utgang.
