December 30, 2019 - Bättre än förra flaskan för ett år sedan. Mycket päron i både doft och smak (päron-splitt), våt sten och lime. Rejält spritsig, måttlig syra och en liten sötma.

However, after the rather one dimensional nose the palate gives way to a rather flattering pear-ish sensation where the slightest of acid supports the fruit sugar from touchdown to the end. As opposed to many kabinett rieslings where you first hit a typical riesling-nose and in the aftertaste are left with a sugar bomb. In that respect -really well integrated. I liked it from the get go - albeit being quite a simple wine. I remember saying to myself that the tase reminds me of printing paper.
