July 8, 2022 - Slightly cloudy, medium ruby-garnet with a touch of orange color on the rim. Expansive, pronounced aromas of cranberry, dried cherry, fresh rose petal, cashew, cinnamon, cola, and green peppercorn. The palate picks up riper notes of wild strawberry and black cherry before giving way to some clove and mushroom on the slightly too alcohol-tasting finish. Very good wine, would expect further development, but the wine doesn't feel as balanced as I would want.
