July 3, 2020 - Un assemblage de 4 cépages alsaciens traditionnels. Bel équilibre en bouche. C'est sec, avec une impression de rondeur. Des notes miellées et de pêche, abricot avec une petite pointe sapinée en finale (qui est courte, mais nette). J'ai bien aimé. Autant pour l'apéro que pendant le repas. Le 2017 est prêt à boire à mon avis.
