November 7, 2019 - (Disgorged in 2019, 50% PN & 50% CH, base year 2013 w/40% reserves from 2012 & 2011, dosage 7 gr/l)
Maturing nose showing a lovely combination of oak, butter and some dried herbs in a very pleasant way. Nice and fresh on the palate with an austere yellow apples acidity at first before the creamy mid and the nice and lengthy finish showing a distinct grapefruit bitterness. This is showing lots of structure and balance and intensity at the same time and should reward further cellaring.
Best with 3-9 years extra cellaring
