September 22, 2019 - This wine was bright and deep straw in colour with a thin clear rim. The smell was creamy, with low intensity aromas of lychee and butter. It smelled a bit herbaceous. Acidity was medium-plus and body was light, with a medium finish and flavours of tart green apple. The wine was overly acidic. Overall, this was too tart and out of balance for my tastes. It did lose its tartness over the length of the finish, which was nice. Not one I'd buy again.
