February 2, 2024 - Burgundy dinner for friends: Linear, tensile citrus fruit. Good precision and superbly balanced for its level. One for acid lovers.
July 15, 2023 - À son apogée pour mon palais. Peu d’élevage résiduel, la réduction à l’ouverture se dissipe en quelques minutes. L’acidité est encore présente mais en arrière-plan, laissant place au fruits blancs du verger et à la texture veloutée, C’est fin et ample à la fois, rien n’accroche.
May 13, 2023 - Bright yellow/greenish lemon color. Fresh, mineral-driven and bright, with notes of citrus, peach, some minerality, there is also a nice note of white flowers, just a touch of buttery sweet spices, the oak is perfectly integrated and barely perceivable. It‘s medium+ bodied, with nice persistence, it has medium-high acidity and just overall really nice balance. Long finish. A very pretty and complete Puligny-Villages from this excellent producer. Drinking really well now but still has a good 5+ years ahead.
November 19, 2022 - Waxy lemon yellow in appearance, with an immediate sweet/fruit nose. Aromas of pear or perhaps peach even. Flavors of similar fruits, and the distinct/typical butter/oily texture of the region. Less sweet on the palate than on the nose, with good acidity and a very crisp, fresh zest. Bit of vanilla, but not so much oak (which is refreshing for me). A medium-bodied wine with a nicely layered finish, this punches way above its weight for a more middle of the road producer from a non 1er/grand cru site. Perhaps indicative of the fantastic vintage for whites? Paired with greek salad, seafood salad, and highly seasoned grilled chicken.
Very pleasantly surprised, and very glad I bought a case.

December 11, 2021 - Would definitely benefit from some decanting at this stage but the wine is quite welcoming and ready now.
Less oaky more fruit and brightness driven wine , mineral like a Puligny should be and albeit lacked the depth of flavor was very much a crowd pleasing good wine with a very serious side. Very solid 91+
May 13, 2021 - I've drank this a few times and each time forget to take notes maybe because it is so good. Very Puligny. From memory it was energetic and zippy on the palate with good cut but some good weight in the middle. Yellow flowers and hints of curdy creaminess on the nose. Hard to not keep pouring more and it's gone quick.

January 15, 2021 - very good quality level for villages PM. good depth to the mouthfeel, notes of small oak along with pear, melon, honey, marmalade - a little bit fat (blind could be meursault as well as PM I think) but consistent with house style and satisfying.
