May 5, 2024 - Accessible on pop ‘n pour, best after 1hr in glass. Lemon, lime, savory herbs, cottage cheese…even some unripe papaya. Very pleasant on the palate, great balance or weight, flavor and acidity with a chalky finish. Ready to enjoy now.

January 27, 2024 - A blend from seven plots. Tasted at a Carillon vertical evening right after his 2017 Premier Cru, and one could feel the drop in viscosity and body immediately. Still, a very good wine. Slightly exotic palate but ultimately traditional. Juicy, tension gently relieved. Good balance, the citrusy acidity muted and well-integrated. On the minus side, Carillon uses little new oak (20%) to highlight the fruit, and yet somehow the wood's presence felt just a bit too strong in both 2017s. Carillon suggests consuming 3-6 years after bottling, so the time is now -- but it's still fresh and lively.

Tres racé mais sans doute un peu austère. Une touche du vigneron ? Ou ses vignes sont situées plus vers les terres calcaires? I liked it and at 80€ in Dijon restaurant, price was fair!

July 28, 2023 - Shiny pale greenish-yellow. Citrus, green apple, chamomile flower, limestone and minerality. High acidity to the point my gums hurt. Fresh and too youthful. Long finish. Be patient, this bottle would evolve into a great bottle.
