Day two and it’s a slightly subdued version but holding its own. I’d say drink in the next year or two but expect bottle variation.

Definitely improves on day 2 and becomes a voluptuous mature Chardonnay. Nonetheless, I’m currently in a place where I prefer the younger side of Bouzereau chardonnay but that’s likely because of the warmer 80 degree (26c) weather where I’m tending towards Chablis and dry Riesling. I’d say drink in the near term if you can— or just wait until autumn.
