October 2, 2022 - Decanted for 1 hour and paired with grilled NY Strips. Brick red color. Gorgeous nose - rose petals, sweet cherry, tart cherry. Palate similar with high acidity, high tannins and medium+ body. Very long finish. 94-95 range. Agree with prior taster this shoudl improve in 3-5 years.

June 18, 2022 - Wow what a wine. The bad first: I believe not in the best window at the moment but still very approachable. Sweet cherries, solvent, integrated oak, cherry candy, high nebbiolo perfume (dried flowers and strawberries). Big tannins! High acidity which balance the sweet fruit extremely well. Air and time gives it a second layer of asphalt/tar, tobacco a leather. Potential of 95-96 points with time.

December 19, 2021 - Had to test a young version too, and young indeed. Tannins are not the issue here, but it still stands out as muted currently. Better to open, leave in the fridge wit the cork on, and revisit in a day or two. It improves a lot, still I would say it's muted. But the balance, elegance and precision is already there. Next one in 2025 or something?
