August 5, 2023 - Heavy handed with the french oak. Barbaresco is so beautifully elegant without the oak influence. Sure blueberry-vanilla cobbler may be delicious, but not in my wine. Not my jam at all.

November 16, 2022 - Showing great - bright caressing fruit braced w/ nice acidity and minerality, with some teeny signs of early development (forest floor, damp caves) just starting to chime in.
