  January 20, 2024 - Pale lemon, with medium plus intensity, youthful aroma of melon, buttercup, peach, pear, and pineapple. This wine has high acidity, medium body, medium, alcohol, and medium plus intensity flavors. The pallet consists of melon, pear, peach, and pineapple, with a hint of bread on the finish. This is a medium sweet wine with creamy mousse and fine bubbles with a medium plus finish. This is a good wine. It should be drunk now, and within the next 10 years.

  December 29, 2023 - Lovely with creamy desserts. Excellent structure, well balanced, not overly dry. Elegant minerality and honey suckle.

  August 13, 2023 - Not nearly as sweet as we all expected. Tasted just off dry with notes of tropical fruits, apple, pear, citrus, minerality, a touch of honey and enough acidity to keep it balanced. All of this created a rather pleasantly creamy mouthfeel, kept lively by the slightly aggressive mousse.

  June 1, 2023 - A delicious lightly sweet bubbly that offers delicate flavor and those amazing little bubbles! This isn't very sweet and is a tiny bit dry. A great bubbly for any occasion.
