February 12, 2021 - So a nice bottle of wine it has certainly lost some of its edge and appeal as the acidity has dropped and the flavors have slightly diminished I would recommend drinking as soon as possible

September 13, 2020 - Another incredible stellar showing of this fantastic wine. delicious lemongrass gooseberry tart flavors with incredible acidity keeping things fresh and lively. Drinking beautifully now. I would drink this over the next couple of years. While it may last longer it will just get less interesting over time. definitely a must try
