March 18, 2021 - bright wine out of the bottle..you can smell and taste the volcanic dust on first sip//the wine mellow as it remains open however it keeps the long acidic finish and sharp tannins on the tongue..enjoyed with corned beef on st patricks day

May 20, 2020 - volcano..ash dust smoke..the aroma upon first opening the bottle..i like it..the family wasn't as fond..wine had mineralogy and acid on the tongue and finish lighter in body..went nice with an asian dish
