  January 24, 2015 - Vilken otroligt positiv överraskning. Helt underbar doft med mognadstoner av bakade äpple, kaffe, nougat, honung och rostad brioche. Otroligt krämig och fin med en trots åldern närvarande mousse. Väldigt bra balans med mogna söta toner och en närvarande ren och fräsch syra. Helt underbar!

  April 22, 2007 - Dinner at Bern's. Even better than the other 2 bottles!!! Amazing. At the end of the evening this was caramel and honey with lots of fizz left. Truly stunning.

  March 2, 2007 - Dinner at Bern's with Black and group. Once again, this wine almost and in most cases did upstage all the other table wines. Amazing. Just got nuttier as the night wore on. How a champagne can keep so much of it's effervesence over 4 hours is beyond me.

  January 16, 2007 - Offline at Bern's. Suggested by Bern's sommelier Eric Renaud, this was the best Champagne I've ever drunk. Amazingly youthful with plenty of zest and grip. Beautiful smoked almond flavors with just enough sweetness. Stunning!
