August 19, 2021 - Summer of 2021 Cornucopia of Wines (Dogwood Grove, Garezers, HHI): Petit Chablis is another wine for which I have a soft spot because when I discovered it I assumed this was a Chablis made with lesser grapes or something, when in fact it’s simply a region and a fine wine region at that, providing many of the pleasures of Chablis at a more “petit” price point. Classic nose of the sea and seashells with more of the same on the palate, together with pleasing lemon and lime elements as well.

May 30, 2020 - Fresh peaches, apricots, apples. Salt and oyster shells. Medium bodied. Paired with grilled fish.
