October 20, 2019 - The first thing that came to mind when opening this bottle was "Riesling needs time!". I clearly opened this bottle a few years too early.
It was enjoyable never the less, fresh and fragrant with green apple. On the palate, the medium acidity was well balanced with the sweetness. Long clean finish.
High-quality wine but leave this one in the cellar for at least another 3 years so it can develop into something beautiful!
